At Raven & Quill Creative, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to every client. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:

Notice of Cancellation

Cancellations must be provided in writing. This ensures clear communication and allows Raven & Quill Creative to process your request efficiently.

Refunds on the First Invoice
If no work has been undertaken, the first invoice is fully refundable.
If work has already commenced, the hours worked will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining balance minus a $50 admin fee will be refunded to the client.

Refunds on Interim Invoices
If an interim invoice has been issued, any hours of work conducted by Raven & Quill Publishing after the payment of the interim invoice, up to the point of cancellation,  and non-refundable costs incurred on behalf of the client (receipts and timesheets can be provided upon request) will be deducted from the amount refunded. A $50 admin fee will also be subtracted from the balance.

Refunds on the Final Invoice/Handover

No refunds will be issued on the Final Invoice, as all works will have been completed at the point of handover, just after the Final Invoice has been paid. Should the client have any concerns about the functionality of the final works at this stage, Raven & Quill Creative will do their utmost to ensure these concerns are addressed satisfactorily. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions and Complaints Procedure documents for further details.

Cancellation and Delivery of Work to Date
Upon cancellation, all completed work to date will be handed over to the client. At this point, Raven & Quill Creative’s access to the project will be revoked. Raven & Quill Creative recommend to the client that all passwords be changed.

Non-Refundable Costs
Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., licensing, subscriptions, or tools specific to the project) are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunded balance.

Timeline for Refunds
Raven & Quill Creative will refund the total balance within 3 business days; however, they accept no liability for the time it takes banks to process the refund.

No Further Liability
Upon cancellation and transfer of all work to date, Raven & Quill Creative is released from any further obligations related to the project.
